A substantial portion of our work is on residential properties.  We have been the structural design engineers for a great many one-off new-build houses, mostly in Surrey and Hertfordshire. We have also designed the structural elements for substantial refurbishment projects in London, often including new basements.

We have recently designed mixed commercial and residential developments in Hersham and Hoddesdon where multiple flats are built above retail space.
